During a recent interview with SFC, Matthew Bouw, Chief Executive of Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield, reaffirmed the firm's steadfast commitment to the Chinese market.

Despite current challenges, Bouw highlighted significant opportunities, such as ongoing urbanization that continues to drive economic growth.  He emphasized the unique resilience of China's market, absent challenges faced by other major economies, and outlined the optimistic outlook for commercial real estate, driven by factors like middle-class growth and urbanization.
