From the perspective of innovation talents, David Blair adds “Not only a few people in Beijing and Shanghai are innovative. You've got innovative people all around the country”. With rural revitalization and widespread innovation, he pictures the Chinese economy will becoming a very beautiful economy in 10 to 15 years from now.
