2024 Belt and Road Summit | Dilma Rousseff: We look forward to enhancing engagement with Hong Kong

"Hong Kong has always been a key part of China's engagement with the world," said Dilma Rousseff, President of the New Development Bank, during her speech at the 2024 Belt and Road Summit. She highlighted Hong Kong’s role as an international platform for global connections.

Additionally, Rousseff noted that Hong Kong, as an international financial center, is well-positioned to enhance the financial value of the BRI. Looking to the future, she expressed her hope for increased engagement with Hong Kong in building a connected, innovative, and green Belt and Road together.
