SFC Markets and Finance | Zhang Yansheng: The public confidence and expectations have restored in Q1

During the interview with SFC journalist, Zhang Yansheng, the Researcher at the Chinese Academy of Macroeconomic Research analyzed the 5.4% growth of China's GDP of the first quarter of this year, and concluded three dimensions of improvement.

He considered, firstly,  the data shows insufficient domestic demand has shown a marked improvement. Secondly, there has been progress in addressing the lack of internal growth momentum. Thirdly, the difficulties and challenges faced by enterprises have seen some alleviation due to the efforts of the past few years. 

"There has been a significant restoration of public confidence and expectations." He said.
