营收暴涨92%，盘后却跌超8%！SpaceX亮眼财报背后存隐忧

营收同比暴增92%，业绩远超华尔街预期——作为史上最大IPO公司，SpaceX近日公布首份财报，成绩单足够亮眼。然而，市场偏偏不买账，财报发布当天，盘后股价一度跌超8%。亮眼业绩与股价大跌，为何同时出现？

先看积极的一面。二季度，SpaceX实现营收78.14亿美元，同比增长91.9%；上半年营收125.08亿美元，同比增长53.7%。其中，星链业务二季度营收42.9亿美元，增长66%，全球用户突破1200万。AI业务更是同比暴增247%，营收25.6亿美元，成为增长最快的一极。

但真正引发抛售的，恰恰是增长最快的AI业务——问题不在收入，而在投入。公司二季度资本开支高达183.7亿美元，是去年同期的六倍多，其中158.3亿美元砸向AI算力。

市场担心的，并不是SpaceX的业务想象力，而是看不清支撑这份宏大构想的资本代价到底有多大。AI基础设施回报周期长，变现路径尚不清晰，持续“烧钱”不仅挤压当期盈利，更意味着一旦技术路线或市场需求生变，数千亿美元级别的投入可能面临巨大的减值风险。有分析人士评价，这是一份“增长质量高于市场预期，但资本纪律完全服从于AI野心”的财报。

当前，市场对AI的叙事正在发生深刻转向。近期，美国科技巨头Alphabet和Meta均因上调AI资本开支，股价分别下跌7.1%和8.6%。SpaceX此次大跌，再次印证了这一趋势。投资者已不再单纯为“算力信仰”买单，AI科技公司必须回答一个更朴素的问题：钱投进去了，真金白银何时才能落袋为安？

Kellogg Announced It will Remove Artificial Colors from all Its Cereals by the end of This Year

据外媒报道，总部位于美国的家乐氏公司本周四宣布，将在今年年底前去除其所有谷物食品中的人工色素。

According to foreign media reports, WK Kellogg, headquartered in the U.S., said Thursday that it will remove artificial colors from all its cereals by the end of this year.

据悉这一变革比原计划提前了一年。该公司表示，已确定采用果蔬汁为其谷物食品提供独特色泽，并已投资购置相关设备以实现天然色素的转型。

The change comes a year ahead of schedule. The company said it has identified fruit- and vegetable-based juices that will give cereals distinctive colors and it has also invested in equipment that will allow it to transition to natural colors.

报道称，家乐氏多年来一直面临要求其去除麦片中人造成分的压力，零售商也在倒逼企业采取行动。

It's reported that Kellogg has faced pressure for years to remove artificial ingredients from its cereals and retailers are also forcing companies to act.

今年，塔吉特宣布将在五月底前停售含有人工色素的谷物食品。沃尔玛也表示，计划在2027年1月前从其自有品牌产品中剔除人工色素。

This year, Target said it would stop selling cereals that contain artificial colors by the end of May. Walmart has also said it will remove artificial colors from its store brands by January 2027.

Meta被判向专项治理基金支付5.67亿美元

Meta Ordered to Pay $567 Million into Abatement Fund

据外媒报道，在一起公共妨害诉讼案中，美国元公司（Meta）被责令向美国新墨西哥州一个专项治理基金缴纳 5.67 亿美元赔偿。

According to foreign media reports, Meta was ordered to pay $567 million into an abatement fund in New Mexico as part of a public nuisance case.

法官在周四的裁决中写道：“尽管Meta并非唯一责任方，但本案大量证据证实，该公司的社交媒体平台是造成新墨西哥州青少年当前心理健康危机的重要诱因。”

"Although Meta is not alone in this regard, its social media platforms are a significant contributing factor to the current mental health crisis among New Mexico's youth established by the substantial evidence in this case," Judge Bryan Biedscheid wrote in the ruling on Thursday.

除设立专项治理基金外，周四下达的裁决令还要求 Meta 利用人工智能继续优化 “新墨西哥州的年龄核验模型与工具”，并力争 “在两年内开发出专门用于识别 13 岁以下用户的预测模型”。

In addition to the abatement fund, Thursday's order requires Meta to continue improving "age assurance models and tools in New Mexico" using AI, and to attempt "to develop, within two years, a dedicated under-13-years-of-age prediction model."
