APEC Encounter | Captivated by Tech: What Did Young People Discover About the Future in Shenzhen?

Recently, the "Dream Pursuers in the Greater Bay Area—Shenzhen APEC Tech Discovery Tour," initiated and hosted by the flagship program "GenZ Pop Quiz" of Southern Finance Media Corp., took place in Shenzhen. Around 20 young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visited Unilumin, Kenqing Technology, and the SHENZHEN FOUNDATION MODEL AIECO-HUB, where they experienced cutting-edge technologies including LED displays, exoskeleton robots, and AI applications. They also explored the APEC-themed exhibition at Shenzhen Library, tracing over 30 years of Asia-Pacific cooperation through historical materials. Beyond the site visits, the young participants engaged in face-to-face conversations with young entrepreneurs. What they encountered here was not just Shenzhen's innovative vitality, but also the possibilities of connecting with Asia-Pacific's future.
