Carla de Sousa, a member of the National Assembly of Angola, shared her insights on infrastructure and strategic development with SFC reporters. "We should build not only the path in reality but also the path of ideas," she explained, highlighting the necessity of having a clear strategy and organization to achieve significant development milestones like China.

She praised China's approach to growth, noting, “China has done this by developing its own planning strategy.” According to de Sousa, effective leadership and clear priorities are essential for reaching the levels of high-quality development observed in China. She also acknowledged China's ongoing efforts to consolidate construction achievements while enhancing services and improving development quality.
